Winslow Schott a toymaker and former owner of Toyco joyco his toys prove a danger to kids and prove to  dangerous to keep around Lois lane wrote a story on his toy and had the company shut down now feeling  humiliation for the story Winslow becomes toyman to get his revenge on lois lane by captureing her and setting up a doll house death trap but thanks to superman he stop toyman. years later he joint the leagion of doom to help lex with his plans to get rid of the justice league for good
